About You

We are looking for a highly motivated PR Associate Consultant to join our successful team in Hong Kong.

The role is supporting regional B2B technology and corporate clients. We want to work with someone who is passionate about communications, and who is motivated to help create and shape the future of our agency. As an associate consultant you will master the skills of an account executive and are capable of execute projects with support from your team.

What You Do

As an Associate Consultant, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, responsible for supporting the Consultants in delivering exceptional service to our clients. You will play an important role in executing communication strategies and ensuring the successful implementation of PR campaigns.

● Responsible for the administration of client accounts - maintaining WIP documents, writing contact reports, sharing coverage with clients, updating deliverables trackers, etc.

● Play a lead role in media relations, including managing media lists, updating editorial calendars, sharing industry news and trends with the team.

● Creating media pitches and selling in stories to B2B tech, business and national news media are a core part of the role

● Support the team to develop content including opinion pieces, press releases, social media content, story pitches and blog posts.

● Support team leads in developing and delivering campaign tactics.

● Contribute towards new business pitches.

What You Offer

● Undergraduate degree or equivalent ideally in the field of PR, Communications, Marketing, Business or Journalism

● 0 -2 year of public relations or communications experience

● Fluent spoken English and Cantonese, with Mandarin proficiency as an essential requirement. Fluent written skill in English and Chinese

● Experience or interest in either technology, B2B or corporate PR

● Experience in managing social media campaigns or social media content development will be an advantage
